Coldwell Banker Blog Strategy

The Business Problem:
Coldwell Banker had three blogs on three different, out-dated platforms that were impossible to maintain.  They wanted to grow their audience across the blogs, increase time on the sites, and increase revenue by driving these users to their home listings on their main website. Additionally they wanted their realtors to share the blog content on their social media.
 
The User Needs:
The usability on all the blogs was poor. Some functionality was broken and all of the blogs looked outdated.  The content and features offered were not anything that would drive users back to the site.

The Solution:
We conducted a four week digital strategy engagement to understand the business goals, user needs and competitive landscape. We then formulated a vision and strategy with detailed implementation recommendations.
